FLAVOURS

All of our cakes are hand baked by us. This way we ensure they meet our very high standards and we can guarantee the best quality ingredients are used such as organic eggs, flour, butter and chocolate.

Vanilla Sponge

We use only the finest pure Bourbon Vanilla with its exquisite notes in our cakes and flavourings. We are proud of the superb texture and flavour of our cake which is equally at home in a Wedding cake as it is in one of our celebration cakes and holds shape wonderfully for the more elaborate novelty cakes.

Chocolate

Our chocolate cakes can be modified to suit all tastes in chocolate from the dark elegant notes of high cocoa content to the milder creamier flavoured chocolate. Added to this our chocolate butter cream and you have chocolate heaven!

Carrot

We are very proud of our delicious moist carrot cake with added pecans and juicy sultanas. Its equally at home in a wedding cake as it is in one of the various styles of celebration cake that we have available. The cinnamon, nutmeg and pinch of ginger and wholemeal flours combine to make this a superb choice.

Fruit

Succulent vine fruits laced with the warmth of Jamaican Rum and the richness of the apple scent in the Calvados are used in all our fruit cakes; be it a rich dark fruit cake, or a light fruit cake.
